Boutique Accommodation
Make your wedding more than just a day – turn it into a getaway for you and your guests. With luxury on-site accommodation for up to 40 people, including seven family rooms and unique glamping-style options, everyone can relax and enjoy the celebrations without worrying about the logistics.
Your guests have the option of staying in the elegant main house, or sleeping in one of our beautifully restored vintage vehicles, ensuring you will experience a comfortable stay with a unique touch.
Whether you’re planning a small gathering or a more elaborate celebration, St Anne’s offers options for a staycation wedding where your ceremony, reception, and honeymoon can all be held at this one beautiful location.
Resident Animals
Weddings at St Anne’s House come with some extra special guests!
Meet Delboy, Rodney, and Denzil, our friendly alpacas, who love making an appearance – and don’t forget Penny, our adorable Shetland pony. Whether they’re photobombing your wedding pictures or delighting younger guests, our animals can make your celebration all the more memorable.
Don’t forget, we are a pet friendly site and would be delighted to meet your furry friends!

The venue also features a patio hot tub, and even a vintage showman’s wagon with a bit of local history for those seeking something a bit different.
Take things at your pace – with everything on-site this means means no early morning rushing, or having your friends and family wait for taxis to the venue.

Brand new for 2025, we are proud to introduce our 9-seater electric courtesy vehicle, approved by Plymouth City Council (subject to availability).

During your stay you’ll have exclusive access to the entire venue, including the wonderfully furnished house, gardens, and all facilities. No interruptions, no shared spaces – just you and your guests.
With accommodation available for 40 overnight visitors, and facilities for many more day guests, there is plenty of room for bigger weddings.
